For IIT Madras summer internships, a candidate must fulfill the following criteria:
- Working Professionals are not eligible to apply for internships
- Students must pursue the IITM BSc Degree without other commitments (on-campus degree or full-time job)
- Students will have to fulfill training requirements before they apply for internships.
- Students should have completed 4 courses + 2 course projects at the Diploma level.
- Students will be allowed to apply once they complete at least one Diploma course.
- Non-refundable Registration fees of INR 1,800 (incl GST) must be submitted

Yes, LNMIIT Jaipur admits BTech courses through JEE Main merit. Candidates are also required to meet the 60% eligibility criteria in Class 12 with PCM as subjects. There are a total of 8 different specialisations of BTech at GITAM. Each BTech course at GITAM is open to lateral entry and have the same total duration and tuition fees as each other. Admissions to all the BTech courses available at GITAM are decided by the performance of a candidate in the JEE Mains entrance exam. To qualify for IIIT Kalyani admissions, the score one would need would depend entirely on which category you belong to. If you belong to the General category AI quota, you would need to secure a score well above 300 to get a chance for admission at IIIT Kalyani as M.Tech. in VLSI and Embedded Systems cutoff score 2025 is 358. For the OBC AI category, the cutoff for the same course is 330. Similarly, other categories will have differing cutoff scores. Admission into LNMIIT Jaipur is primarily entrance-based for all UG, PG, and PhD programmes. However, board toppers of Class 12 can receive direct admission in BTech under the direct mode. For other programmes such as MSc and MTech, it is compulsory to clear the concerned entrance exam. Entrance tests provide merit-based selection as well as transparency.

Generally, the BTech courses offered by GITAM have a duration of 4 years minimum. However, candidates who manage secure admissions into the lateral entry admissions directly into the 2nd year have a duration of 3 years.
