For Round 1 admissions to the BFA programme at Srishti Manipal Institute of Art, Design And Technology, MAHE, the application form had to be submitted by 15 March. Honestly, yes — GIBS does give chances for international exposure and internships. It's not hyped for the sake of marketing; we actually get interactions with foreign faculties, global workshops, and some students do land virtual or short-term international internships through those collaborations. It just depends on how much you tap into it.

For me, the main takeaway was that GIBS doesn't limit you to just local placements — they genuinely try to give a global angle to learning, networking, and career plans. It's more like “if you want to explore abroad, the door is open, ” which I really liked.
