The GIBS Business School takes admissions for PGDM/MBA based on scores of various entrance examinations at national and state level. The names of exams included are CAT MAT XAT CMAT ATMA GMAT and State CET (if applicable). The selection of candidates is made based on their exam scores obtained through entrance examination, their academic performance SOP as well as personal interview.

In the case of the BBA programme no entrance examination is required. The admission process is based on the Class 12 (10+2) exam score followed by the admission process conducted by the institution which may include personal Interview (PI) and group discussion (in some cases).

My involvement within the GIBS campus community would manifest itself through my participation in academic programs, clubs, initiatives for leaders, community service works, and my contribution towards positivity of the environment for students. I would be keen to work with live projects, management fests, cultural events, CSR activities, and entrepreneurship activities while giving my ideas to organizations, organizing events for my peers in my GIBS community. Through taking part in Marketing, Finance, HR, AI clubs, Sports, Cultural clubs at GIBS, I plan to improve the team management skills, the leadership skills, the communication skills, and the skills of problem-solving.
