Students getting admitted to the MG University BA course must have passed Class 12 with a minimum aggregate. The selection list will be announced by the university in an online mode. Admission to the BA course at MG University is based on a Centralised Allotment Process (CAP). Eligible candidates can apply online by visiting the official website of MG University. 

Candidates must have the education qualification required for the course to be eligible for admission. For BA course aspirants, students should have passed Class 12 or equivalent examination from a recognised board. Candidate should have passed qualifying exam with a minimum of 40% to 60% for Honors programmes. This minimum aggregate is as per past years' data. Hence, is indicative.

The applicant must hold the qualifying examination mark sheet at the time of form filling and admission. These documents are required for verification purposes. The absence of the same can lead to application rejection. 

MG University is ranked 43 in the NIRF 2025 rankings by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Govt. of India under the “university” category. The university provides placement support to the candidates. The university has not released a course-wise placements report. However, as per a consolidated report, 87 PG 2-year students were placed out of 440. The median package offered to the placed candidates stood at INR 5 LPA.

MGU Kerala admit candidates to the MBA course based on merit in CMAT/CAT/KMAT KERALA/KMAT/MAT/XAT/Karnataka PGCET/MGU CAP. Candidates seeking admission with a valid score in either of the accepted exams can apply. Some of the affiliated colleges offering the Management course may accept other entrance exam scores as well. During the form filling and at the time of admission, candidates should carry the scorecard of the respective entrance exam.

Furthermore, candidates without any entrance score can take the MGU CAT exam. Admission is granted based on this university exam score as well.

For MBA admission at MG University, students must have a graduation degree in any stream with a minimum aggregate of 50%. Additionally, students must have passed CMAT/CAT/KMAT Kerala/KMAT/MAT/XAT/Karnataka PGCET/MGU CAP, any one of the entrance exams. Qualified students are further called for a group discussion and personal interview rounds. Aspirants must apply online by visiting the official website of MG University.

The University offers UG, PG and doctorate courses across its constituent schools and institutes. These courses are offered in the streams of Science, Arts, Management, and Law. The application form for MG University PG course admission was released on Jun 1. The last date for application submission was Jun 20, 11 pm. In addition, candidates must pay the application by Jun 20, 5 pm. Currently, the admission process is ongoing for the MBA course. Application window for the same was closed on May 1. The group discussion and interview in the School of Management and Business Studies was conducted on Jun 12 and Jun 13.

The eligibility criteria for Rajagiri Centre for Business Studies MHRM admission is that the must have passed any Bachelor’s degree of Mahatma Gandhi University or equivalent degree of any other universities duly recognised by Mahatma Gandhi University with minimum marks of 55% in Science and Technology Subjects and a minimum aggregate of 50% in remaining subjects or Master’s degree recognised by Mahatma Gandhi University with minimum aggregate of 50% (For SC/ ST candidates a pass in Bachelor’s degree is required).

Candidates need to secure a minimum of 50% aggregate in any approved degree examination or any master's degree examination to apply for Rajagiri Centre for Business Studies PGDM programme. Besides, candidates must also have a valid score in KMAT, XAT or CAT for admission to PGDM course.

Rajagiri Centre for Business Studies shortlists candidates based on entrance exam scores followed by rounds of Group Discussion, Personal Interview and Written Skill Test. The institute considers CAT score for admission to MBA programme. Additionally, a few other national-level examinations may also be accepted for admission, such as MAT/CMAT, etc. Selected candidates are further called for Group Discussion and Personal Interview for final selection.
