Since in 2023 batch the official Cuttoff score was not released by university on there official website.

No you cannot get into XIME Kochi - Xavier Institute of Management & Entrepreneurship, MBA with 70% in XAT.
These are Entrance exam scores accepted in XIME Kochi - Xavier Institute of Management & Entrepreneurship for admission to MBA in 2022:
CAT - 90+
XAT - 40+
MAT - 400+
CMAT - 340+
ATMA - 80+
GMAT - 680+
So the minimum XAT Score required is 99.99% percentile.

XIME Kochi - Xavier Institute of Management & Entrepreneurship has only one PGDM Programme which cost as below:
FIRST YEAR FEE - 970000 INR
SECOND YEAR FEE - 920000 INR
DEVELOPMENT FEE - 100000 INR
COURSE MATERIAL PER YEAR - 40000 INR X 2
