- Registration for the MAT 2026 February session (PBT mode) has concluded for admission to the MBA course; the exam is scheduled for Mar 1, 2026. Further, the CBT mode registration window is open until Mar 2, 2026, to register for the test on Mar 8, 2026.

CUSAT was established in 1971 and re-accredited with NAAC 'A" Grade. The university ranked 32 under the University category by NIRF ranking, 7 under the Overall category by India Today and 26 under the Overall category by Outlook. The University has three campuses along with 28 departments, and 20 centres. CUSAT courses include UG, PG, and doctoral-level programmes in the fields of Applied Sciences, Commerce, Management, Technology, and Social Sciences. Yes, CUSAT offers a BSc degree to students. Candidates willing to pursue a BSc at CUSAT have to enrol themselves into the Integrated MSc programme offered at CUSAT. CUSAT admission to Integrated BSc-MSc programme is based on CUSAT CAT score. CUSAT CAT or Cochin University of Science and Technology Common Admission Test is a computer-based test conducted for shortlisting aspirants for admission to various courses. After completion of selection rounds, CUSAT releases a rank list based on total marks secured in Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry subjects. Step 1: CUSAT MBA Application Process 2024
Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria can apply with an application fee of INR 1,100. There is a relaxation in application fee for Kerala SC/ ST candidates. They need to pay a fee of INR 500.
Step 2: Selection Rounds
Cochin University accepts management aptitude tests such as KMAT, CMAT, and IIM-CAT and CUSAT CAT for admission to MBA programme. Aspirants shortlisted based on the entrance exam score are further called for group discussion and personal interview rounds.

With the main building styled in traditional Kerala architecture, the campus houses various Departments & Schools except Marine Sciences, in addition to the administrative office, auxiliary institutions, hostels, guest house, visiting faculty complex, computer centre, central library, staff quarters, playgrounds and other amenities. CUSAT offers M.Tech in full-time and part-time modes. The full-time course is of two-year duration with four semesters and the M.Tech part-time course is of three years with six semesters. The PG-course is available in 16 specialisations. Admission to the M.Tech courses at Cochin University is entrance-based.
The CUSAT KEAM 2025 was released for admission to the BTech programme for various categories under the Home State quota.
