Students at the Nutan Maharashtra Institute of Engineering and Technology (NMIET) hostel have typically deemed food quality in the hostel mess to be good.
Meals are served quite regularly at breakfast, lunch, tea, and dinner, with a largely good food quality.
However, there are reports from some students who are keen about hostel management services and maintenance improvement. The mess is otherwise quite well maintained in terms of checks by the food committee. Some reviews do suggest that food could be improved, but still meets basic expectations.
