The KCET result date for B.E./B.Tech admission at the Shree Devi Institute of Technology shall be lining up with the timetable of Karnataka Examinations Authority. KCET will usually be conducted in April-May, and the results will be announced within three to four weeks, probably by late May or early June.

All the candidates can check their results on the official KEA website by entering their registration number. The counseling process after the declaration of the results will start in June/July, where the seats will be allotted based on rank, branch preference, and availability of seats.

They have developed a curriculum aiming at balancing theory and practical learning in modern laboratories for project-based training, preparing students to be industry-ready. Teaching methods involve lectures, workshops, and seminars. However, a few students comment that the engagement style of the faculty varies, some being more traditional.

Alumni of Shree Devi Institute of Technology are working in various sectors. Most of them are working at IT companies such as, Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, etc., holding jobs such as Software Engineer, Data Analyst, and System Administrator, while students from Mechanical Engineering and Civil Engineering departments get employment in companies such as L&T, Bosch, or in regional industries. Shree Devi Institute of Technology offers MBA, MCA, BTech, and MTech courses. The basic eligibility criteria for each course require the student to have a minimum of 45% in the previous qualification. Along with this, the student needs to have a minimum valid score in KMAT, GATE, or KCET for admission to MBA/MCA, MTech, and BTech, respectively.
