Jindal School of Banking and Finance has excellent placements owing to its strong industry connections and dedicated placement cell. Top recruiters like ICICI, Axis, EY, Deloitte, JP Morgan hire students for profiles in investment banking, research, modelling etc. 90% of 2021-22 batch received placements with the highest package being 18 LPA and average around 6-7 LPA. O.P. Jindal Global University's JSPC offers undergraduate and postgraduate-level courses in the field of Psychology and Counselling. Admission to JSPC courses is primarily entrance-based. Candidates need to appear for the relevant entrance exam to become eligible for admission.

In 2023, the highest package offered at JSPC was INR 21 Lacs per annum, while the average package was around INR 6 Lacs per annum.
