No it is not like little to get into a civil branch at NIT Patna with the rank of 60128 in JEE main whether you are from EWS category 

NIT Patna or any NIT require higher percentile and lower rank.

In Patna, St. Xavier college of management and technology and international school of management Patna (ISM) Patna are the most recognised colleges of BBA in Patna as far as discipline and good placements are concerned.
