University change or college change after first year is completely dependent on the university and college norms. Some universities allow it and some won't plus you need to have good scores in first year to apply for the same. For further details, contact the university authorities.
Under the same university, it might not be difficult.

This is a good college, but students often get sad because college's time table is not good. Infrastructure is not so good but the faculty is good and well known. College life was good and hoping for good placement.
Companies come to campus mostly for the banking sector and placement is average.
