The process of admission in the Kalinga University is on the basis of the merit list of the students, it's not so hard to take admission in the University but not so simple too. University takes its entrance exam names KALSEE (Kalinga Scholastic entrance exam), it is a computer based test which is conducted in various cities of India and passing marks for this exam is about 50% marks ( exam has no negative marking). A student with minimum 40% marks in 12th is applicable for filling of admission form in Kalinga University so 60% marks in 12th is also eligible for B.Sc in the admission in the university.

The eligibility criteria at Kalinga University is based on the merit list of students and it varies from course to course.The student who has passed his/her graduation B.Sc with minimum of 40% marks is eligible for the admission and then he has to pass an entrance exam of Kalinga University named KALSEE ( Kalinga Scholastic entrance exam).
