Hidayatullah National Law University offers three courses in Law, including an integrated BA LLB (Hons) programme, LLM, and PhD. The mode of application at HNLU is online. Admission to these courses at the university is entrance exam-based, i.e, CLAT. The candidates who qualify for the UGC-NET (Including JRF) UGC-CSIR NET (Including JRF) / GATE / GPAT with a valid score in terms of cut-off marks and duration, shall be exempted from appearing in the entrance test and deemed to be qualified for personal interview for PhD course.

The highest package is not available officially as of now. However, the median package is disclosed in the NIRF report 2023. As per the report, the median package offered to PG (2-year) students during 2022 placements was INR 8.50 LPA and was the highest of all the courses. Additionally, the median package for UG (3-year) and BPharma courses stood at INR 2.20 LPA and INR 4.50 LPA, respectively. From 2020 to 2022, the BPharma median package has been fluctuating and an improving trend was observed in the UG (3-year) and PG (2-year) median packages.

During 2023 placements, the median package for BPharma and UG (3-year) courses stood at INR 2.50 LPA and INR 2.40 LPA, respectively. Further, the median package offered to PG (2-year) students was INR 2.45 LPA. Looking at the past three years' statistics, a fluctuating trend was observed in the BPharma and PG (2-year) median packages. On the other hand, year-on-year growth was recorded in the median package of UG (3-year) courses.
