NIT Meghalaya Highlights 2024. The National Institute of Technology (NIT) Meghalaya is one of the 31 NITs established under the NIT Act 2007 (Amended 2012). The institute has been categorised as the “Institutes of National Importance” and funded by the Government of India.

No, IIM Shillong course admission are strictly entrance based. Interested candidates need to appear for the relevant entrance exam accepted by IIM Shillong for admission. Some of the accepted exams are CAT, MAT, GMAT, GRE, etc.

The final CAT cutoff for IIM Shillong admission ranges between 90 to 93 percentile.

The IIM Shillong qualifying CAT 2022 cut off was 90 percentile with a sectional cutoff of 75 percentile. Candidate who secure the required CAT percentile are invited for further rounds of selection, the WAT and GP-PI round. In 2023 admission process of all IIMs, WAT was not conducted.  

For final admission, the college assess the performance of the candidate in CAT & GD-PI round, and the profile of the candidate.
