Yes, North Eastern Hill University accept the CUET scores for admission to its undergraduate courses. The university accpets CUET PG scores for its postgraduate courses. 

The cutoff trend for B.Tech at NIT Meghalaya has been increasing in the recent years. In 2022, the closing rank for B.Tech. under general category for all India quota was 18501. In 2023, it increased to 19175. Likewise, the cut off ranks have changed from
24759 to 6137 for OBC 68411 to 3133 for SC 640 to 1025 for ST 2843 to 3077 for EWS. This trend is likely to continue in the coming years, as the demand for engineering education in India continues to grow. Similar cut off trend can be seen for female candidates under all categories however the ranks are slightly different.

NIT Meghalaya JEE Main Round 6 cutoff for Computer Science Engineering is 19175 which is very close to this range. This was for general category under All India quota. As per a news report, the Education minister has stated that CUET exam score shall not be required for admission to undergraduate courses in colleges affiliated with North-Eastern Hill University. 

Admission to UG courses from the 2022-2023 academic session will be based on NTA Common University Entrance Test (CUET) scores. Hence, aspirants wanting to pursue a UG course shall appear for this entrance exam.
