The eligibility criteria for MSc in Mathematics for candidates wishing to apply must have a graduation degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized university or institute. They need to sit for the university entrance exam and after the declaration of the written test result, qualifying candidates will proceed for the Group Discussion.
Those who will qualify GD round will appear in the final stage of selection- Interview. For more details refer to the NEHU website: https://www.nehu.ac.in/

The general course admissions have not started yet. Last year it started in July but this time due to this pandemic it hasn't started yet. Please check the announcement site of NEHU for upcoming dates.

Yes, I think you can join our college. Since you are from the ST category, the eligibility criteria are also only 40% in PCM because of which you are just eligible for our university. But don't forget to bring your ST certificate during the counseling process. Also, you have a moderate score in JEE Mains so I think you can surely get admission here. The only problem will be the branch choice. Students are called according to their overall 12th and JEE marks by which they get the chance to choose their desired branch. Due to your marks, I think you will not get Btech ECE since it is usually the first branch most of the st

NO, The admission dates for MA courses haven't been started yet in the university. Last year the last date for general courses was the 16th of July but this time due to this pandemic they haven't started yet. Please check the announcement site of the NEHU portal frequently for admission related information. I'll let you know once they started the process.

As per my knowledge, I think you want to apply for Mtech in Environmental Engineering after doing your Btech in Civil Engineering. You need to appear for the GATE examination for that. But our University does not provide such courses. You can check from this site the list of technical courses provided by our University: https://nehu.ac.in/school/5/School-of-Technology
But if you want to apply for MSc in Environmental science, it is under the school of Human and Environmental science. The Candidates with a Bachelor's degree (Majors) in Environmental Science /Botany /Zoology /Chemistry / Biotechnology /Biochemistry /Geography
