IIT Kanpur will declare the result for JEE Advanced 2018 and along with the result, the exam conducting authority will also declare JEE Advanced 2018 cutoff. The cutoff of JEE Advanced 2018 is the closing rank at which admission to a particular engineering/branch, at a particular IIT closes. Candidates securing a rank below than the cutoff of JEE Advanced 2018 will not be considered eligible for admissions. Jobs for Aeronautical engineering students after passing out in core competencies are very very limited. So, I would advise you to take up CSE or mechanical if that choice is available.
