Which is better for pursuing CSE among Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology, Patiala and Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore?

VELLORE INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, VELLORE is way better than Thapar if fee is not an issue. I would recommend you to check the fee structure and placement details.

In this year Ap government change the pattern. They give points wise in intermediate. I got 10/10 .will chance to get cse with scholarship

Category 5 for CSE with Specialisation in Bioinformatics. For other branches, it would be more or less the same.

It depends on your rank. If your rank is under 35k, you have a chance to get a seat but the fees would be quite higher (around 6 LPA).

Class XII scores are not a factor that influences the VIT Vellore's admission process. VITEEE is the only way you can get an admission.

It's difficult getting a seat at your rank. Even if you get a seat, it will cost you around 4-5 LPA excluding hostel fee.

Which should I prefer as Mains rank 30679 VIT rank 10300 preferred branch CS it even. Expenses doesn't matter lot.
