LPU provides very good opportunities to all the students of the EEE/ECE department. There are some facts that you would also like about the School of Electronics and Electrical Engineering in LPU. Faculty: All faculty members are well qualified from IITs, NITs, and top-ranked universities all over the world. Hands-on Practical: Students who study EEE/ECE from LPU get an opportunity to do practical work in their field more than theoretical as LPU has Robotics and Automation lab, Bosch Lab and other workshops conducted by this department such as Robotics workshop, Labview workshop and many more. Specialisation Offered in EEE/ECE: Power Electronics, Power Systems, Renewable Energy, DSP, Robotics And Automation, VLSI, and many more which helps to do more research in their field. Research: All the faculty members are really helpful for all aspects whether it is academics or any other. My guide during my programme helped me a lot in my research work and I published 2 International Conference Papers in IEEE-Explore. LPU created a new record in the whole of North India by placing its student Tanya Arora with Microsoft, who bagged a package of 42 LPA. Besides, other record-breaking placements for LPU includes:
