It's not possible to get admission in any of the B.Tech programmes without attempting VITEEE. You can take admission in other UG programmes.

If you are speaking about your VITMEE rank, then yes. You can easily get admission in M.Sc Biotechnology course.

VIT is the top Private Institute of India, placements are really good and education is way better than other colleges. So, I strongly recommend you to go with VIT.

There are less chances for you to get CSE in Category 1 or 2. You might either get it in category 4 or 5.

Both are good, If you want to just go with B.Tech then you can take B.Tech CSE. Or if you want both UG and Master degree then go with M.Tech Integrated. Both are excellent in terms of placements.
