Whether the BDes in Communication Design is better or BDes in Graphic Design depends on your interests and future goals. While both Communication Design and Graphic Design fields are similar, there's a thin difference between them. 
Graphic Design works on creating textual elements better, while Graphic Design focuses on creative visually appealing and effective design elements and layouts.
