Choosing between "Fashion Communication" and "Design Communication" depends on your specific career goals, but generally, "Fashion Communication" is considered better if you have a strong passion for the fashion industry and want to focus on marketing, branding, and visual storytelling within that sector, while "Design Communication" offers a broader scope across various industries with a focus on visual communication strategies; for both, the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) is widely considered the top institution in India to pursue either field.

The BDes in Communication Design programme from Pearl Academy Jaipur enables students to explore graphics, typography, and interaction design. The names of the sub-specialisations available in this four-year UG degree course are:

There are many institutes in Indore, offering a Bachelor's in HCI or UI/UX design, but SAGE University Indore offers the Bachelor of Design in UI and UX Design. The curriculum mainly focuses on creating interactive digital experiences by honing basic skills. All admissions take place through an AIDAT or a SEE, followed by interviews. Apart from the above, the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Indore also offers programs on HCI, though the undergraduate programs may differ.
