Placements: Placement statistics for mechanical were good for the senior batch. 54/56 eligible students were placed. Roles offered were of GET and assistant manager. Roles were related to shop floor and sales in core companies and various analyst roles in non-core companies. Packages offered were from 3.5 LPA to 17.5 LPA. The companies for mechanical were Trident, Amazon operations, ITC, MSIL, Tata, Hero Group, Mahindra, VECV, etc. and non-core firms like KPMG, Absolute Data, MuSigma, BCG, etc. Overall, the highest package was 34 LPA for CSE. The average package was 6-7 LPA. For my batch, internships were offered to 15 students in companies like JP Morgan, Mckinsey, TAFE, Nestle, Embross and various startups. The stipend offered was from Rs. 5,000 to Rs. 40,000. The average stipend was Rs. 9,000. For the senior batch, 23/86 got internships in similar companies and same stipend range. For CSE, the highest stipend was 1 lac per month with perks. The placement cell at PEC is known as career development.

But there are few things which should be kept in mind as ICSI has started giving very fewer results.
1) Patience- It is the key to success at least for CS executive exam.
2) Mental and physical strength-Exams are conducted consecutively without breaks. Your body feels drained after first two exams.

For CL, ECL, SL and IGL- Just read the chapter and try to understand the concept of each and every topic. Don't mug up things it will result in nothing. After that, make notes in such a way that you end up summing up the entire chapter in one or two pages and revise it in every 15 days. THIS SERIOUSLY WORKS. For the cost- practice the questions from NS. Zaid as 90% pattern of the questions is same as asked in the exam. For tax - practice questions of BANGARH and give equal importance to all short chapters as sometimes they end up asking 50% of questions from those chapters. For Accounts-Treat audit and accounts as the different subject and follow the same strategy for audit as followed in other law subjects and for accounts practice module and give equal importance to theory topics.
