Hi,
Company Secretary course is conducted in three different levels- Foundation Level, Intermediate Level and Final level. For being eligible for Foundation level, you should have passed 10+2 (or equivalent) from a recognised board. Once you qualify the Foundation Level, you can apply for Intermediate Level.
After qualifying Intermediate Level, you can apply for Final Level. If you have completed Graduation, then you are not required to qualify Foundation Level. You can directly apply for Intermediate Level. The Duration of Foundation and Intermediate course is 8 months and 9 months respectively.
Regards.

First, you have to decide whether you are going to attempt both modules/groups or single module/groups at a time. It totally depends on you and your plan. After deciding the module/group which you want to be prepared for, it's time for you to plan the whole thing, like how many hours you can study a day or how many hours can you allocate to each subject.
