It depends on your interest. If you want to go accounting field, CA is good for you & you're interested in business. So, CS is good for you.

Congratulations on having completed your 12th standard. There are three major courses which attracts commerce pass-outs and they are CA, CS and CMA. While the former and the latter is more on accounting and financial aspect of a company, for CS am discussing below, as that is our point of discussion now!

There is no such problem to pursue company secretary. Foundation programme can be pursued by 10+2 pass or equivalent students of arts, science or commerce stream (Excluding Fine Arts).
