CS itself a tough and time taking course but if you want to pursue along with CS theCS itself is tough and time taking course, but if you want to pursue along with CS then you need to pursue:
LLB :- Through LLB+CS, you will be able to handle legal and litigation work of the company.
MBA finance: MBA finance +CS
CA+CS: You will be able to handle secretarial and finance department at a time.

It depends on your interest. If you want to go accounting field, CA is good for you & you're interested in business. So, CS is good for you.

Yes, you can join CS executive directly. Any graduate or post graduate other than fine arts are exempted from CS foundation course.

Congratulations on having completed your 12th standard. There are three major courses which attracts commerce pass-outs and they are CA, CS and CMA. Hi,
There is no such problem to pursue company secretary. Foundation programme can be pursued by 10+2 pass or equivalent students of arts, science or commerce stream (Excluding Fine Arts).

For CS foundation, 12th or something equivalent is required. There is a proposal that students completing ITI will be awarded class 12th certificates. But it still is far. So for the moment, you are not yet eligible for CS foundation.

There might be no requirement of new books for CS foundation. ICSI provides its own material. If you need any you could take books from s. hand publishers.
