Hi Aditya,
Last year, the cut-off was less than 35000 for CS that too in physical counselling.
But this time, seats have been increased by CS from 60 to 120. So, this time, it is expected that some changes may be there.
My best wishes.
All the very best.

CMA is a decision maker and plays the advisory role in an organisation. CS Company Secretary = Your Mom. Your food, your routine, your clothes, your room and every other thing that you need to keep up yourself, is done with the help of Mom. Your Mom does the work of maintaining you. A Company Secretary degree under ICSI with a job experience of about 3-4 years gives a variety of opportunities abroad. Many Company Secretaries are already working in various countries like the US, Canada, UK, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Australia, New Zealand, Middle-east, Africa, etc. With their research and legal bent of mind, their employers have recognized their professional skill sets. They also possess managerial capabilities and analytical skills. After the globalisation of services through WTO and GATS, the field is opening in various countries for practicing Company Secretaries as well. All the best.

You can prepare for anything, CA or ICWA, or CS and you may even prepare for various other Entrance Exams, like CAT Banking Exams, LIC Exams, etc. The syllabus of CA/CS/ICWA overlaps with BBA to some extent. And with BBA. You'll have more time to prepare for other Competitive exams, since the subjects are quite easy and there are only a few technical subjects in the whole course, so you don't have to run for coaching (like in case of B.Com.).
All the best.

To be honest and clear, your focus must be on CS completely for upcoming examinations but at the same time you need to be aware with the syllabus of final year B.Com. You will get gaps between B.Com exams which you can definitely utilize and make up for. No company bothers about your B.Com score. All that matters is that you are a graduate or not and how many skills you have.
