B.Com is better. But you can go directly to pursue CS after completing your +2. You may take degree as alternative for CS and you may pursue both simultaneously.

Both are professional courses with a separate career path. Keeping in mind your interest areas and skill sets you can decide what you intend to pursue. CA is more tough compared to CS. The range of job opportunities are much larger with a CA qualification compared to a CS qualification.

Following is the full rule for taking admission in ICWAI
The course structure of ICWAI consists of 3 levels. -Foundation
-Intermediate
-Final
The candidates can join this course 12th class as the minimum academic qualification. Candidates who have completed Graduation can also join this course. If the candidate want to join this course after completion of 12th class, then he has to complete all the 3 levels. It is based on your interest. If you are interested in programing or computer language go for BCA or CSE. If you are interested in electronics and design, go for ECE. And, EEE is the evergreen branch and have more government job opportunities.

The highest package can go as high as 12 to 18 LPA. But the average remains at around 5-6 LPA. Decent scores are fine but most of the time they do not have any significant value. I have seen students scoring less but getting a good package because of their aptitude and communication skills.
