Hi,
You are pretty much eligible for pursuing CS programme because the basic eligibility for applying in this course is the candidate should clear 10 + 2 exams. Provisional registration is also allowed for students of 10 + 2 awaiting the result. Students who have cleared CA-CPT or have cleared CMA foundation exams or student who have Masters degree in any discipline other than fine arts can appear in CS foundation exam.

IN MOU with ICSA, London The ICSI and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, UK Provides that Members of ICSI are exempted from passing 14 out of 17 papers and are required to pass the following three core papers to acquire the membership of ICSA-
Corporate Law
Corporate Secretaries

A CS student has generally much knowledge about most of the software/hardware components of the computer. Also after completion of the course. He may have the knowledge of coding perfectly. So, companies can ask you to work for them as a coder. Or they can as to design software. Many more types of work are there in the CS stream.

Hi,
As a M.Com student, you can choose commerce subject in NET examination. To apply for this examination, you must holds a post-graduate degree course with minimum 55% marks from a recognised university, final year appearing candidates are also applying for this examination.

Hi,
Company Secretary course is conducted in three different levels- Foundation Level, Intermediate Level and Final level. For being eligible for Foundation level, you should have passed 10+2 (or equivalent) from a recognised board. Once you qualify the Foundation Level, you can apply for Intermediate Level.
After qualifying Intermediate Level, you can apply for Final Level. If you have completed Graduation, then you are not required to qualify Foundation Level. You can directly apply for Intermediate Level. The Duration of Foundation and Intermediate course is 8 months and 9 months respectively.

Common Proficiency Test (CPT) is mandatory for the following:
Students who have qualified Higher Secondary examination. Candidates who possess a bachelor's degree in any discipline. Candidates who hold a master's degree in any discipline.
Candidates who possess any professional qualification.
So, as you can see, Common Proficiency Test is mandatory for every individual willing to pursue Chartered Accountancy course and will remain so unless the proposal is approved by the union government.
