Not required for a 10th class student. Perform well in 12th class. Just concentrate on 12th alone and prepare for Entrance exams. Once you join in an Institute in CS course you can start learning all the languages you wish to! As coding is something which comes by experience. If you learn it now eventually you will forget when you concentrate on higher studies (11th & 12th). So, If you start learning it right after 12th you will remember it well and can keep on practicing.

You can participate in the IIT JEE exam (entrance exam for engineering), and after qualifying you can take admission for Bachelor's degree in software engineering.
