Hello Shyam,
You cannot get the admission in NITs. 75% marks in 10+2 or coming under the top 20 percentile, Computer Science and Engineering cutoff 2019 is 13638 and for Electronics and Communication Engineering (4 Years, Bachelor of Technology), it is 20697.

Yes you can does Diploma in engineering after tenth grade. But at very first prepare yourself for the entrance exam and secure good marks and good rank in it. Also their are many jobs availability after Diploma only and have a secured job and future ahead. Best of luck

I suggest to do any Bachelor course related to IT field like B.Tech CSE would be a best option. Either you can learn programming languages by yourself through online courses but a degree is more worthwhile than this. All the best!
