From RNSIT and Jain Global University for computer engineering, I'll prefer you to opt for the RNSIT as this college is better in terms of placements, infra and faculty then Global University for this course.

Procedure to get admission in an engineering college through JEE Mains:-
CBSE declares JEE Main score and asks top 2,24,000 students to apply for JEE Advance. As soon as JEE Main results are out, all the colleges that accepts JEE Main rank, open their counselling portal for the admission in B.Tech. Students apply for the counselling in different Universities/Institutes by paying the counselling fee. Students give the preferences of the Branch and Institute in which they want admission. Hi Bulti,
As you have completed your diploma already, so you are eligible to take admission in this college. For that you need to appear in the West Bengal LEET and perform well. Rest depends on your hard work and luck. If you are really interested then start working for the same. Try to solve as much previous year questions as possible. Give some online tests as well.

As you done Diploma which is equivalent to class 12th (2 year) and remaining 1 year you use for pursuing graduation on behalf of lateral entry, so 1 year relief in graduation. About all colleges/University /institutes give options for lateral entry to benefits Diploma students
Other option is you can do direct admission to graduation courses.

BVP is a very good college in Maharashtra. For CSE, it's good enough. I have heard about this college quite a lot though I don't have any friends or relatives studying there so I won't be able to tell you the reviews based on personal experience. But while I was applying for several colleges,I researched quite a lot and found BVP to be the one good in Maharashtra.
