No, CUET is not required for admission to Christ University Pune BSc courses. The BSc selection process published on the university's official website states that the admissions are granted based on marks obtained in the Class 12 examination. Other than this, students are also required to fulfil the minimum eligibility requirements set by the university.

No, it is not compulsory to apply for three domain subjects in the CUET UG exam. The number of domain subjects required depends on the specific course and university a candidate is applying to. While some universities and programs may require three or even four domain subjects, others may only require two. Candidates should carefully review the requirements of their target university and programme before selecting their subjects.

For CUET (Common University Entrance Test), some top universities for Economics (Hons) and Political Science (Hons) include Delhi University, Banaras Hindu University, and Jawaharlal Nehru University. A good subject combination for these courses would typically include a language (from List A), Mathematics or Applied Mathematics, and any two other subjects, with at least one from List B1 according to the NTA.

For the B.Sc. Biotechnology programme at Jamia Millia Islamia through CUET UG 2025, you should choose Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biological Studies/Biotechnology/Biochemistry. Additionally, you will need to select one language from the list provided by CUET.

Yes, students who have studied Science in Class 12 can choose to appear for Commerce subjects in the CUET exam. CUET allows candidates to choose subjects regardless of their Class 12 stream. This means you can opt for commerce-related subjects like Accountancy, Business Studies, Economics, etc., in the CUET exam, even if you have a Science background.

With a score of 341 in CUET and PCM subjects, you may no longer qualify for the top central universities but you still have options in mid-tier or regional universities. For instance, Central University of Andhra Pradesh, Central Tribal University or given few state government universities in Assam, Rajasthan and Jharkhand may accept your score for any Science based or general programs. Private universities accepting CUET also provide good options with scholarship. Do note to check for spot round during such period or open merit lists. You must also keep in mind your category and subject combinations etc.

Admission to top government institutions is difficult, as you already know, with 302 marks in CUET general category, mostly colleges in CUET want scores in the range of 450 or above. However, it's possible to secure a seat in newer or less competitive central and state universities, especially ones that are regional campuses. My recommendation is to keep checking back for spot rounds and open merit lists. You can check out some private universities that accept CUET scorecards and gives out scholarship as well. You should also think about alternative options like applying for other skill-based/vocational courses as a backup. If all thin
