It is unlikely that you will be able to acquire a seat in the top North Campus colleges, including their affiliated institutions, if you have a CUET score of 540 out of 1250. Most colleges have cutoffs of 750+, which means that it is unlikely for general category students to get a college with a score of under 750. However, if you are SC, ST or PwD there may be opportunities to get seats for less demanding courses or in the later rounds of counselling. You may be able to get a college like Satyawati, Ramjas (only experiencing segments of lower demand), and Dyal Singh. In addition, you can closely monitor spot rounds and category wise c

Yes, you can apply for B Pharma at Assam University even if you did not take the English paper in the CUET, since the university mainly requires the domain subjects of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology or Mathematics. The subject of English is a preferred subject, but not required. All that needs to be satisfied is that you passed Class 12 with a minimum of 50% aggregate in the three Science subjects. Admission is based on your CUET marks and merit list. If your CUET marks are not too bad and meet the academic requirements, I would presume you have a fair chance.

With 70% in Class 12, and a CUET score of 631, you can expect to get into mid-tier government/private colleges of your choice. You can target Shaheed Rajguru College, BBAU Lucknow, Purvanchal University, Sri Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce, etc. Private colleges like Galgotias University, Amity University (Raipur or Kolkata), I.T.S Ghaziabad, etc., can also consider your profile. These colleges have good placements as well as reasonable fee structures. Please keep track of the cutoffs because they change every year, especially in counselling rounds. Please be sure to focus on colleges that have good Return on Investment (ROI), an

I think surely you will get admission in BHU. BUT I will say apply to at least 2 to 3 places like BHU, AU and any other Good University.
For good University check bird rankings and it must be Central University. For BHU counseling update you can visit it's official website bhuonline.in
Check the subject combination in BHU for Ba LLb then calculate your marks not only on the basis of two subject. Because in 2024 cut off for SC was 406 in second round.
Add your language marks also if it is above 410 then I think surely you will get. If it is below to that, still you apply there.
May be cut off go low.

On this score it is very tough for getting admission in BHU. Check the subject combination required then count your numbers.
For example if subject combination is physics, math, and general studies then merit will be made only on these three paper marks you got in CUET.
You can search cut off alsn by searching bhu CUET UG cutoff 2024 there you will get a pdf. You can check your course category wise also.

No DU college conducts a separate entrance exam for B.Com (Hons.) admission. Admission is based only on your CUET-UG score + eligibility criteria + college preferences filled in the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) portal of DU.
- All admissions to UG programs in DU colleges, including B.Com (Hons.), are strictly based on the Common University Entrance Test - Undergraduate (CUET-UG).
This has been the rule since 2022, when DU replaced the merit-based (Class 12 marks) and college-specific exams with CUET.

Yes, there are multiple universities which offer other methods of admission which includes their own entrance test and merit list-based admissions based on class 12th board exams score.
You can try at various state universities. Apart from them, the open universities could also be a great choice.
Institutions like IGNOU can also be considered.
