The tuition fee for a three-year BCT&CA at the CAI is Rs 40000 per annum which sums up to a total of Rs 1.20 Lacs tuition fee. Additionally, students have to pay the lab fee, procure uniforms, study materials, journals, and a two-piece suit. They have to pay for the daily working lunch provided in the college. The final and total figures for the complete academic year will be provided along with the application form.

Based on the reviews provided, the placements of the Culinary Academy of India appear to be strong. 75% of students got placed on campus, with the highest package offered at 3.5 Lacs per annum and the average package at 1.5 Lacs per annum. Additionally, all students received internships in various companies such as Taj, Marriott, and ITC. Every year many companies visit the campus for placements. In batch 2022, everyone got placed in reputed brands. Job opportunities are very high for capable students. Every student gets placements whereas many opt for higher education.

Candidates can apply for various job profiles including Chef, Executive Chef, and Food and Beverage Supervisor after completing a PGD in Culinary Arts from CAI. CAI itself also provides placement to an average of more than 70% of students every year. Students can also participate in this placement drive to get selected by top 5-star hotels like the Taj, The Leela, ITC, etc. on-campus. Students can also reach the hotels and companies off-campus directly.
