The basic eligibility criteria for Bachelor of Catering Technology and Culinary Arts is 10+2 from a recognised university with minimum 50% of aggregate marks holding not less than 17 years of age at the time of admissions. The Fee for Six Months Diploma in Pastry, Confectionery & Bakery is INR 85,000/-

Only 60 seats are available for the BCT&CA at the Culinary Academy of India per academy year.

Rs. 32,000/- per annum (Board prescribed tuition fees). However, the candidate has to procure uniforms, tool kit, study materials, and journals and also should pay additionally for the working lunch provided in every academic year.

Only 30 students can join the PG Diploma in Culinary Arts at the Culinary Academy of India per academy year.

The tuition fee for a three-year BCT&CA at the CAI is Rs 40000 per annum which sums up to a total of Rs 1.20 Lacs tuition fee. Additionally, students have to pay the lab fee, procure uniforms, study materials, journals, and a two-piece suit. They have to pay for the daily working lunch provided in the college. The final and total figures for the complete academic year will be provided along with the application form.
