Candidates can apply for various job profiles including Chef, Executive Chef, and Food and Beverage Supervisor after completing a PGD in Culinary Arts from CAI. CAI itself also provides placement to an average of more than 70% of students every year. Students can also participate in this placement drive to get selected by top 5-star hotels like the Taj, The Leela, ITC, etc. on-campus. Students can also reach the hotels and companies off-campus directly.

The eligibility criteria for Certificate Course in Basic Culinary Skills programme offered by Culinary Academy of India is:

1. Candidate should be minimum 16 years of age on or before the date of commencement of the course and not more than 25 years (30 years in case of SC & ST candidates).

No, you cannot get direct admission to the Culinary Academy of India. For admission, you need to clear ALL INDIA ENTRANCE EXAM conducted at the Culinary Academy, Hyderabad itself. You have to clear the group discussion and personal interview rounds also.
