For Chandigarh University by applying for CUSAT online test will I also be eligible for admission to the UG courses they offer?

Yes, you would be eligible for UG courses offered by Chandigarh University not by your JEE Mains rank but by your 12th percentage which can be assumed as more than 80 percent.

Hello,
Yes, if you pass your compartmental exam then you are eligible to take admission in any college, but keep eye on their boards percentage criteria and the counselling time because at the time of counselling you need to produce the all clear marksheet.

How is this course in CUSAT? I got 8400 rank in general and 1008 in MSM category in CAT. Am I eligible for admission at CUSAT?

The rank is just quite ok, but according to the cut offs it seems quite difficult, but anyways you can try till second session of counselling. Hope for the best.
The teaching faculty is very nice. You feel very much comfortable with the learning experience there.
