Hello! A PGDM is a Diploma, but a respected one since many top-ranked B-schools such as MDI, SP Jain, all Iims, XLRI, etc. Today still give a PGDM. It is considered to be equal to an MBA.

Hi Ileen, It'ss upon you, you can do anything among a Diploma or degree. Age is not an issue, there are many prominent institutes like Arena, Aptech that teaches these courses.

Hello,
To become eligible for lectureship or teaching on should have to clear the National Eligibility Test. Your experience in teaching doesn't affect the eligibility for the NET Exam.
As you have completed Master's degree in Arts and if you are interested to pursue your career as a teacher or lecturer then it will be beneficial for you to choose the field without any hesitation.
You can go for UGC NET Exam that will provide you the certificate to become a lecturer.If you have got the interest in any other field than teaching, then go for it. Never compromise with your dreams.
