3 years Diploma is considered as equivalent to 12th. But this is not a universal truth. It depends on from which state you are doing your Diploma. I would advise you to approach the administrative staff of the institution from which you are doing Diploma at the moment. They will guide you about getting equivalence certificate of Diploma with 12th. Once you have this equivalance cert then you can seek admission in any course for which eligibility is 12th.
