I prefer you to go for completing the Degree, if you try for jobs now. You can get some jobs, but you will not be getting good salaries and facilities. After Diploma, you have studied half of the engineering and remaining is the degree. After Degree, you will have lots of opportunities in life, but with Diploma, the case is not same. You are bounded to some Exams. After Diploma, you can easily apply for Defense services on good ranks, below commissioned Officers. But, after degree, you can apply for both junior officers and commissioned.

MBA HR is good degree, if you are interested in pursuing a career in the field of HR. MBA is also available in Hotel Management too. Consider that too, since you are already have UG in Hotel Management. MBA HR has same scope as Finance, Marketing, Hotel and Toursim. So, it is only a matter of personal preference.

Hi,
It is unlikely that you will get admission anywhere with this percentage, especially in your degree. Lesser opted countries may be an option but no guarantee you will get a job or visa. There are certain requirements or standards you must meet.
