Hi Usha, Dr. CV Raman University is a UGC recognised university and there is no problem with this university. The degree is very much valid. According to the list of fake universities published by UGC on their official website, this university isn't listed. Hence, there is no issue with this university. Hi Vishakha,
English speaking students should not have problems as most universities offer courses in English but at the undergraduate level, it can be difficult to find these. In any case, it is better to check university websites for the language of instruction. You will also not find B.Arch course, in particular, most programs will be termed as Urban Planning, etc. You can check Leiden University, University of Groningen, Royal University of Art and The Hague offers a Bachelor's degree in interior architecture.
