To pursue degree in agriculture, go for Masters in agriculture, you must clear an entrance exam for that. Some of the entrance exams for M.Sc Agriculture are as follows:

ICAR AIEEA
MCAER PG CET

Yes, job experience is required in most cases for IIMS. Your degree can be any though. But, being a B.Tech will be much beneficial in terms of prospects and growth.

Definitely you are eligible for SET, NET exams after your Master's degree. But, you are not eligible for TET&CTET because, B.Ed is mandatory for TET&CTET. All the Best for your future.

I am not sure about the course that is Diploma in E & TC. But to do a Degree in Journalism and Mass Comm you can be 12th Pass in any stream. A Diploma, if equal to 12th can be the base of taking admission in BJMC-Bachelor of Journalism and Mass Communication as well.
