Anything below 55% is not accepted easily. I am not sure if you will find any university as your grades are way below 50%. You have to check university websites yourself, see the admission requirements and email them. There are many universities in Australia and also TAFE institutes. Contact them one by one.

You can opt for the second option that is do your degree and along with that you can pursue these animation courses. Alternatively, you can opt for an external degree course, where you will be able to give your whole attention to the professional course of animation and VFX.
