The CLAT score can vary depending on each year's CLAT exam. The rank closes from AIR 58-60. You won't be eligible for this course as it is pursued after +2. Hope this solves your query.

Most of the private colleges offer distance education degrees, the option is not so fat available in each government college. So, you will have to surf on each college's website to know about the process, fee structure etc. Amity University, Sharda University are good universities offering distance education.
