Masters programs are research based and in-depth study. PG Diplomas are accelerated programs somewhat compared to Masters. Decide what you want to study, research oriented or accelerated practical based programme and decide. Memorial University of New Found land, Dalhousie University, Georgian College, Fanshawe College, University of Toronto etc. Are some universities and colleges which you can search.

Each college has different admission criteria. First, you decide where you want to study that is, in which country. Your percentile is good, so you will have many good options. Secondly, depending on the country choice, you have to prepare for entrances like SAT ACT etc. Also, you must give IELTS or TOEFL for English language proficiency. You must also keep in mind that since you come from Science background, you must draft your SOP accordingly and convince the universities why you want to change.
