It would be better if you gain some work exp. in your field as at the time of PI, they will ask you questions. So, it would be better to go prepared and know fully why an MBA will help you to realize your dreams. And there is no better way to know other than having some exp. beforehand.

You may obtain visa provided you have been offered admission in a college and have a very good career planning. You have to explain the same to the visa officers. Ask yourself questions like why management? What do you want to do after gaining the management degree?

If you have completed graduation, you could for further studies and do M.Sc. in Botany, Horticulture, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, etc. There are many other options available for you like B.Ed if you want to join the teaching line.

To apply to MPH programs you must apply via the online portal ' Schools of Public Health Application Service (SOPHAS) application'. Please check the SOPHAS website. Also you must take GMAT or GRE and TOEFL to be eligible for admissions.
