Hi Admit Gaikwad,
You can apply to US universities after Diploma. The process is the general process you have to follow, take the SAT or ACT and TOEFL. You must also have atleast 60% to be considered by most universities. The top ranking ones are ofcourse highly competitive. Check the common app portal, its the website through which you have to apply through US universities.

Hi Sreekanta,
Yes, surely, you can study abroad but you have to meet admission requirements like your academic grades, you must take the IELTS or TOEFL, some countries even need a GRE score for Masters. You should also personally contact the universities before they apply. It is always advisable to get in touch with the universities directly, shows that you are serious. They may require some additional evaluation of your 12th transcripts which you have to do. Please write to them first and only then start preparing.

Hi Jahnavi,
To apply for undergraduate courses in Stanford, you must take the SAT or ACT with writing as part of the application process. In addition to these, you must have excellent grades in your 11th and 12th and be an all-rounder. The university you are talking about is the world's most selective universities and admits very few students. Check here, read the requirements, see the kind of students they prefer and prepare:
