Hi Alwaz!
It is always better to pursue a degree programme than a Diploma programme. The employers will always give preference to a degree holder over a Diploma holder, especially at Under Graduate level. A graduation degree is recognised by universities for higher education and therefore has more credibility.

Hi Bharat, Yes, you can. The eligility varies from 55%-60% from college to college. DSE, MSE, IGIDR, JNU, GIPE, etc. all offer Masters in Arts. You'll have to prepare for their specific entrances. Each college has a different pattern of examination. I suggest you go though their website and check the scheme of examination as well as Google the previous years and prepare accordingly.
Hope this helps. Good luck!

This is entirely up to you whether you want to pursue a Diploma course or degree in interior design.
You should take into account the timeframe of a Diploma and a degree, the ratio between practical and theoretical knowledge and the credit requirement of the course. A Diploma course usually takes lesser time as compared to a degree course. This is because the aim of a Diploma course is not to impart general knowledge for a more rounded education, rather it focuses on specific one. Acquiring a degree opens up more promising job opportunities for a student than a Diploma or a certificate course. A number of career options require an appli
