Hello, you can apply into 1- 2 year PG Diploma programs with those grades and under SPP scheme only. Masters are highly competitive. There are no 2 year undergraduate programs except Diploma and advanced Diplomas, etc. However, since you already completed your Bachelors, it is not recommended you to opt for an UG Diploma now. Re-appear would not be a hindrance in your admission provided you cleared it and rest of the exams with a commendable percentage. As IIM A is more biased towards your academics, a good score is a kind of pre-requisite for the same.

It would be better if you gain some work exp. in your field as at the time of PI, they will ask you questions. So, it would be better to go prepared and know fully why an MBA will help you to realize your dreams. And there is no better way to know other than having some exp. beforehand.
