Hi,
You may obtain visa provided you have been offered admission in a college and have a very good career planning. You have to explain the same to the visa officers. Ask yourself questions like why management? What do you want to do after gaining the management degree?
It will depend on your application profile and how you project your needs.

Do not get disheartened if you have low grades or even if you have a 1-year gap in your education. There are many like you in the same situation who have risen to the occasion and secured a decent job. Prepare well for the interviews and read a lot about the profile that you have applied for, and I am sure you will get a decent job.
