Hello Hemal! In India, both are considered equivalent. However in abroad, MBA is given more preference as it is globally recognized degree. Having said that, the B-school from where you are pursuing that degree becomes, sometimes, more important. E.g. PGDM from a top ranked B-school is any day valuable than a MBA from an average one and vice-versa.

Hi Mohith,
There is nothing like IRS exam. To get into IRS services, you have to appear for civil services exam. There is no correlation between Anti-Corruption Bureau and IRS. Further, to get into ACB you need to join CBI, which is possible if you get through IPS cadre.

Hi Arjun,
For majority of the universities it's a 'no' if you don't have high academic grades and also you have a 3 year course. You may enroll into a MS program in India and complete the first year to be eligible.
