First, an MBA is valued more if you have few years of work experience.
Second, the cost of pursuing MBA from USA is 3 to 4 times higher as compared to Indian Institute so don't take a chance of going there as a fresher because you would be competing with the experienced colleagues. Generally they will have an upper hand.
Third, you need to have a really strong resume to attract the universities.
There are universities like:
Marshall School of Business (USC), McDonough School of Business, Georgetown University and you will get more universities just think on the above points and take your decision

To get into Cambridge, you must be very academic. Very good grades in your Bachelor's degree, a high IELTS score of 7 typically is required. Additional extracurricular and project works are beneficial. I am surprised that you still haven't checked the program specific eligibility on the Cambridge website which would help you in a better way.

A degree is no doubt better for employability and career growth. But there could be different aspects and your career goals might be different. If you want a professional course and a fast track career oriented program a diploma is better but in the future you must earn more qualification for better growth.
