Please complete your undergraduate degree firstly and if you are aiming for a good university you will require very good scores preferably a first class. Because you would be an international student you must also take the IELTS. I will urge you to visit the university websites for university specific admission requirements.

Yes, you can do and for this you have to give NEET exam to get a seat in MBBS where the age limit is from 17-25 you can give 3 attempts at the max. So if your age is below 25 then go for it.

No matter which course you have done you can join MBA. But the degree you have gained must be approved and acceptable by the university or college administration.
